| The history of this ship began before the First World war. In October, 18, 1913 two easy cruisers began to build in Nikolaev .One of them became the name "Red Caucasus" then "Admiral Lazarev". During imperial time the cruiser was not completed. And only in 1927 on the deck of the cruiser workers - ship builders again have gone up. She has successfully tested and a cruiser "Red Caucasus" on January, 25, 1932 has been put in operation. For the first time the main caliber of the ship has started talking in all voice in September, 11, 1941 .The cruiser was at the Black sea and it has brought down fire on a position of enemy armies in village Ilyinka near Odessa. The brightest page in a history of this legendary ship, perhaps, was the participation in Kerch-Feodosiya landing operation. The model has good detailing; the color of sides and superstructures is suited perfectly. The deck and the bottom of the model have fine colors. Propelers are painted in bronze. |
