| JaË-7B Vyacheslav Zajtsev During assembly some lacks of the model have been revealed, I shall try to tell how to avoid them. First, I have refused assembly of a ship skeleton. I sticked together the section of the fuselage on the gluing which pasted in frames from a set. It practically has not influenced rigidity of the model, and the assembly became much more easier. Secondly at assembly of a fuselage it was necessary to cut a little (about 1 mm) a detail 7, however, to adjust better by practical consideration that you do not cut off superfluous. Do the same with the detail 10, only for this purpose will have to cut it on the middle, differently does not coincide the pointing. After that the detail 10 needs to be connected to details 9 and 11 by means of the gluing, having combined thus pointing. Thirdly, there are difficulties at assembly of a cabin. To avoid them, I have acted as follows: a detail 19 cut on 3 parts, having separated walls of a cabin from the floor. The floor of the cabin has pasted on the cardboard and I have installed on it pedals, the handle of management and a seat of the pilot. Walls of the cabin has pasted from within on gathered section 9 and 10. The section 11 has been already pasted to the sections 9, 10 and I have installed in it the frame № 3 at once On the frame of a wall I have pasted lateral panels (it is put. 14, 17). Further, from below has glued a floor of a cabin (thus it is possible to use the gluing, and it is possible to glue and end-to-end). After that behind of a seat of the pilot has installed the armored back. The cabin has connected to section 8 ready the bow parts. After the glue has dried up, I have installed a control panel and a sight of a machine gun. A control panel I recommend to paste preliminary on a cardboard. The rest assembly was successful. HÅ-100D Vyacheslav Zajtsev During assembly of model it has been revealed two basic lacks, demanding correction: 1. It is small cut under a skeleton of the stabilizer. It is necessary to extend simply it aside a tail. 2. Apertures under trunks of machine guns in niches the chassis do not coincide. To correct this lack, after the assembling the centre-section or all wing accurately do an aperture in the fore wing and niches, all over again a thin needle (for example, medical), then increase them till the diameter of trunks of the machine guns by means of a murder will out or drills of suitable diameter. Into ready apertures without handicaps insert trunks of the machine guns. |  |
